Reported the issue via whatsup and a consultant by the name of Ziphozihle B was assigned my ticket which was handled professionally with patience.....wish to have more consultants like her in the business.

In the first two weeks I really had a lot of trouble getting our service up. But Afrihost did come through. The service has been stable for months now, and we received a double up on speed at no extra cost during lockdown. Even though our line speed is back to the original, their service has been great since our initial experience and therefore I have decided to change my review to five stars for Afrihost. Keep up this great service Afrihost!

We moved our fiber to Afrihost. Put order in on 31/03/2024 which is the day our previous ISP ended. Waited until after public holiday and on 02/04/2024 the new line was requested, approved and activated. The new router is on its way but we are already online with our old router. Amazing service, great app and super fast internet. We are very happy.

I have been stuck and confused on how to use my email account I created with Afrihost. I contacted Afrihost Whatapp help desk and was assisted by a very good and professional staff member namely Ethan. I have only one word "IMPRESSED"

Was with anouther service provider (won't name any names) constant lose of speed and network down time. Changed to afrihost 4 months ago and not had a problem since. Easy problem solving with their whatsapp support line and had a problem with my otp not being sent to me and they sorted it within the hour.
