Spoke to Neo on whatsapp chat and I also called the call centre, Afrihost has the best agents and their customer service is exceptional. Would definitely recommend it and honestly other service providers can learn a lot from them

I have been a customer of Afrihost for web services for some time but only recently moved my fibre to them - PURE JOY (with past experience and even more now). I highly recommend Afrihost , I’ve been with them now for a year, struggled through loadshedding and my wife working from home with them, I’ve always had the best and extremely quick customer service with them. Only cancelled now due to relocation and installation cost with frogfoot being a bit high. If a free installation package becomes available I will definitely be switching back. All the best.
