Everyone online: Try Bluehost. Yep. Minimum one year contract. Afrihost: Just pay for whatever is left over of the month! Then monthly. No contract. And cheap. The Whatsapp help is great, and friendly. And their data is cheap and available in many formats. Where I live, LTE data with MTN is available. Also no contract. Beat that Bluehost, Hostinger, whatever. But hey, it's South African. What do you expect.

My very first interaction with Afrihost and my am I a happy chappy. That is definately an understatement. I am rather techno challenged, I have recently signed up with Afrihost, you are able to communicate with them via whatsapp. I did so and shortly after I sent my msg, Nompumelelo responded.
