We've been with Afrihost/ Vumatel since 2019 - Pleasant service, no hassles, reliable internet connection at all times, I don't recall being without Internet, even with loadshedding and our UPS, our line and experience has been nothing but perfect. I have used a few ISPs, even worked for one. In the many years I have been with them (broken service, but came right back after poor experiences with others) I have hardly ever had to make use of their Customer Services, their app does everything you need and I have hardly had downtime despite Vumatel. But if you HAVE to use whatsapp for Customer Service, Afrihost outshines their competitors with their prompt, efficient and friendly service. Defs recommend.
