Application to complete Installation in less than 24 hours. LOS issued resolved in less than 10 minutes. Great to know that if things go wrong, it will be sorted, Quickly. Some would argue that it shouldn't have been down in the first place but these things happen. 👌

Great service, the fiber is excellent, the phone, modems and TP-Link Deco X50, al very good products, especially the Deco, know I have good signal in every room in my house,

I've never had any connection issues with afrihost since joining their fibre network, but when I had a connection hiccup they where fast in responding and I ended up getting the issue resolved via WhatsApp. Linda M was very patient and understood everything I tried to explain. He/She guided me step by step through text and the issue was sorted in no time. I'm very impressed. Great client service! Well done.
