Afrihost helpdesk is very supportive and quick in their responses via the whatsapp platform. For the handful of issues I've encountered I've had my issue resolved usually within 5 mins by helpful friendly people. Keep it up!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST ISP IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY. I RECOMMEND THIS ISP 100000/10, personally I would give this service 30 stars if it were possible

If there are issues, it's usually something that is resolved relatively quickly. Staff service is always friendly and helpful as much as possible.
