Afrihost's service today was really wonderful. I dealt with two consultants on WhatsApp. The first one couldn't help me because I had left home and the second one sorted out my Internet problem. The problem was not with Afrihost but a problem on the line. Vumatel is repairing it. I was truly amazed at their service on a Sunday. Well done Afrihost 👏.

My 2 year LTE contract with a mobile service provider ended in March 2020 - about the time when we had a national lockdown because of Covid-19. I have then decided to take the fibre option from one of the big cellular providers. These guys sent me from pillar to POST with the router, the temporary LTE and getting me up and running. When I contacted Afrihost, I have been assisted telephonically to determine my requirements. They've handled all the admin of cancelling the service which I did not receive from the other service provider and I have received my router on the same day. Afrihost did not dissapoint! It was the first time that I have received such great and quality service from a big brand in South Africa!!! I was able to work from home, with quality high speed internet!!! I am many years at Afrihost and is a very happy customer. I use or used, fibre, hosting, lte fixed, mobile prepaid and adsl (earlier years) and was always happy. What I also like is the WhatsApp customer service and their App is really useful.
