I"ve been with Afrihost since 2018. Outstanding customer service! They were the first to respond- My current service provider -Mweb were too slow to transfer/upgrade me from adsl to fibre.

The reason for my considering to migrate is because web Africa does not have an inbound call centre and I don't fancy chatting over WhatsApp 2 a robot as the response time is usually very long. Issues can be resolved much quicker if you had verbal contact over the phone

Installation was on time, neatly done and connection activated with no troubles. Thank you Afrihost. Moving to a new installation address soon, let's hope the infrastructure provider is as switched on as Afrihost ISP services :-)

Iv been with Afrihost for almost 6 years now. I had an issue ONCE and that was me being an idiot. Thankfully, the Afrihost team were there to help, single call me request with a phone call back in 3 minutes. 2 minutes on the Line with an amazing Service rep, and boom, problem solved. AMAZING TEAM, AMAZING SERVICE.
