What I like most about Afrihost is that when help is needed, they put me in touch with friendly, well trained and professional HUMANS. Their support staff have always been fast, courteous and able to sort out my problems. It's the human touch and their decision to not have me speak with yet another chatbot that directs me to a self-help article that makes Afrihost the superior service in my view, and the reason we run 3 businesses on their hosting.

Well managed and helpful. Migration of LTE from Cell C to Telkom was seamless but Telkom's inability to provide live data usage updates is a nuisance. I've subsequently been given a way of getting live usage updates via Huawei, which works very well.

Been with sfrihost for 5+ years with our fibre line internet. Nit even once have we had a problem with our internet.. Customer service is always there to help via whatsapp ( only method I have tried).. efficient and friendly.. CAN YOU ASK FOR MORE?
