I had a fault with my fibre connection this morning and reported it at 10:30am. I was really expecting to wait a few days before the issue was resolved. But, not even 3 hours later, the technician has been out and sorted my problem. I am very impressed with both Afrihost and Openserv. Rough start a few years ago with them, but back then the problem was more with Openserve. Been a client now for 3 years and truly can't complain. Constant, quality internet. No hassles when we moved house, and annual free upgrades to my fibre line. Happy customer!
