So far so good. I am enjoying the overall experience. The internet service is fantastic – it has its rare shortfalls, but a perfect world is boring right?! The customer service, however, is a hit and miss (to be fair, it is over 60% a hit in my experience). It depends on who takes the call. Some agents are great, some can do with a little to a lot of help (again, depends on who takes the call) with customer service delivery.

Afrihost as an ISP overall, gets no star. However these stars are for Neo M. She is absolutely amazing and if I had a company, I would employ her at the drop of a hat. She has restored my faith in your call centre and went above and beyond to help me. Wow! Love you Neo! You've just made my day. You will achieve great things and should be promoted to top level management, and replace the current CEO. Afrihost is a better place, just by having you there. Godspeed.

I nearly didn’t go with Afrihost because I saw all the good reviews and thought it was fake reviews 😂 But I’m glad to say I’ve never experienced such good help from a company before. I can’t recommend them enough. Keep up the outstanding work Afrihost team 😁
