Afrihost has always delivered an awesome service. Delivers order on time, good service on a monthly basis and also good customer care. In being with them for on and off 6 to 7 years the service etc never changed. Well done

Hardly have any negative experience with their customer service and my WiFi and internet connection have been stable throughout my subscription, apart from one or two days out of the 3 years where WiFi or Internet connection was problematic either due to external sources or problems with my router. All in all, great service and happy with my product.

I was with Afrihost (first Mobile internet then Openserve Fibre) from ±2013 to 2019, and then decided to go with Vox (Frogfoot) because it was a good special. I am now going back to Afrihost and Openserve because Frogfoot is trash over the past 6 months, and working from home I need reliable internet. My experiences with Afrihost again, so far, have been positive.

Chatting with an Afrihost consultant on WhatsApp was a great experience. No queues or waiting for your call to be answered only to be told you are number 100 on the queue. Your questions are answered as swiftly as possible. Try it and you'll be amazed by the swiftness this service offers
