We have been using Afrihost at home fibre since 2019 & have had minimal problems with their service. On the odd occasion that there was an issue it was quickly sorted out via their WhatsApp. I definitely recommend them to all my friends

Using the WhatsApp help line was the most effective way of their customer service. Within minutes i had all the information i wanted. Very happy with Afrihost overall as a provider too. They have wonderful response time.

Very easy to contact. Fast efficient service and competitive pricing. Easy to check online on your account and to change services as well as upgrading or downgrading. Best ISP in my opinion as others dont ever get back to you when you try and contact them. Also brilliant deals available.

Fast, easily to use and very affordable actually, and the customer service, in my own experience, was really great. They were over-acommodating and very patient with me so - Big Ups to them👍
