Based on the Whatsapp assistance for web hosting I think I will be moving my fiber line from my current ISP. Very helpful and great response time.

Afrihost is amazing. Speeds, no throttling, no issues. I even once was in the process of changing bank accounts and my debit order had not moved over yet, they didn't suspend services and gave me a further 19 days to pay the arrears. No other service provider does that. The support for customers are second to none. I had issues early on a Sunday morning, which was no fault of Afrihost but rather Openserve, but one Whatsapp message and an actual human being was on the opposite end of the chat and was able to update me on the Openserve issue, ETR and even apologized for the inconvenience caused which was no fault of Afrihost. Service like this is very hard to come by. Keep up the great service and work.

I've been with Afrihost since the 2020 pandemic when I started working from home full time. At the of the switch I was with another local service provider and was having consistent problems with the network. Signing on was quick and I was up and running before I needed to start my work day. They are also always an email or whatsapp message away if I need assistance or have questions about products. Definitely a company that thing of their customers as much more than just cash value.

We very seldom have any trouble at all with our internet feed, but when we do, Afihost's extremely efficient, easy to reach service centre offers the solution at the blink of an eye. I found Afrihost's whatsapp service incredibly helpful. Anyone looking for a fast reliable internet service provider, I recommend Afrihost.
