They told me that I don't an active account with them, when I've been using them as an ISP for a whole month. They literally cost me over 200 USD in 2 days. When contacting them, they literally took over two days..They apparentlyddon't even have a complaint's department 🙄🙄🙄.. Very disappointed in their service.

Recommend. Signed up with afrihost and had my intenet up and running in less then 5 working days. After being stuck with no internet for over 2 weeks due to previous provider issues, this was such a huge help and relief

What and absolutely great pleasure working with these people. VOX and Vodacom can learn a thing or two regarding customer service/Support from Afrihost. They got me signed up within a few minutes, all of this via a WhatsApp chat which I am very skeptical about. They pulled it off in a glamorous way. 10/10
