I ordered a line from Afrihost and unfortunately it only synced at 10 meg where the order was for 50. First contact with Afrihost was professional and down to the point. confident to go forward with their services and would recommend their Client Zone port above other ISP's

I signed up for a cloud hosting server package 3 days ago. Received an email saying that the server is ready and I can access it via the login details attached. I tried accessing the server and I am unable to connect. After NUMEROUS emails, support tickets, Whats Apps, Phone calls and even trying to get support on facebook messenger... The server is still not working and all I'm hearing the whole time is the problem will be escalated or that someone in second level support will get back to me, which never happens. Just spoke to hosting support again, and after 2 days, I only find out now that apparently an account manager need to be assigned ot my server in order to allocate a Cpanel... how is it possible that after 2 days of multiple emails and support request, theres only one person being able to tell me this????? I am still waiting for the server to work. Update: This issue was sorted out so I updated my review.

Been with Afrihost for some time and I always suggest Afrihost as the Fibre provider to other potential clients. No billing issues and easy to use. The only 'complaint' is that the cost of Fibre is very high but that is probably the Provider Vumatel

The best internet experience ever, especially now where almost everyone requires some form of internet to work from home and/or support the kids to do school work. I started with LTE and now moved to fibre. I'm happy with Afrihost.
