The reason for my considering to migrate is because web Africa does not have an inbound call centre and I don't fancy chatting over WhatsApp 2 a robot as the response time is usually very long. Issues can be resolved much quicker if you had verbal contact over the phone

Spoke to Neo on whatsapp chat and I also called the call centre, Afrihost has the best agents and their customer service is exceptional. Would definitely recommend it and honestly other service providers can learn a lot from them

UPDATE: Since their WhatsApp call centre opened we experience MUCH better service. Thank you! My rating is based on the waiting time and the process of being served. They ask for your name when you come in but you don't get allocated a number and reception doesn't ask what your query is. Can't you assign a ticket to the customer like the banks do? Surely it's not that complicated...

Have been a Afrihost customer for more than 5 years and I will say the overall service has been fantastic.
