One of their best attributes is that they believe in customer care and using their WhatsApp customer care line was magic, I totally recommend Afrihost just for that! Last week we were without internet for 3 whole days. It affects us badly as my household works from home. I spoke to 3 different people on 3 separate occasions and all they said do a hard reboot for 15 minutes. Sigh. Of course we already tried that but they insisted that will solve the problem. Eventually I speak to a technician called Jono. He spoke to us for almost 2 hours troubleshooting. What an absolute star! After figuring out what went wrong our internet was back up within 3 hours! I am not sure if those other technicians are not trained or they just don't care about their job but Jono really saved the day. Putting in all that effort and so very helpful :) So, thank you Jono!
