Love the whatsapp customer service. It is so easy to get in contact without waiting on a phone call forever. Such friendly and efficient staff who know what to check to get things sorted.

Excellent service. I've never had any problems with my connectivity and the customer service is refreshingly efficient and reliable. I only recommend Afrihost as an ISP to others.

Afrihost is always easy to reach and quick to assist with technical questions and problems. As a small business owner I am very pleased with their support and often jump onto a WhatsApp chat with their support team. It's like having a whole IT team at my disposal.

Afrihost is amazing and so helpful via Whatsapp or calls they assist you immediately. I have my mom on Afrihost currently, but when my MTN contract expires I will not be renewing it, I will be moving to Afrihost instead. They are also so much cheaper than the likes of MTN and Vodacom, 1G through Afrihost costs R69 as apposed to MTN's 1G being R149. It is a no brainer!

Alot of the time the way u view a service is based on the interaction and I and the best rep " Geraldo " I have no problems and enjoying the service rn.
