And once again I received first class service from Afrihost. All our company websites are with Afrihost and they are our ISP as well. This morning a client contacted our office that he couldn't get onto a website as the AutoSSL certificate for the domain had expired this morning. I sent Afrihost a message on the app at 09H06 and received a message at 09H21 that my website was loading securely again. Thank you Afrihost team!

UPDATE: Since their WhatsApp call centre opened we experience MUCH better service. Thank you! My rating is based on the waiting time and the process of being served. They ask for your name when you come in but you don't get allocated a number and reception doesn't ask what your query is. Can't you assign a ticket to the customer like the banks do? Surely it's not that complicated...

Been with Afrihost for years. I generally don't think of them as my connection just works. On the rare instance where I do need to reach out for help, they are always attentive, friendly, and provide very effective support.

My query was assigned to Shingirai, it was very frustrating and took over an hour. Shingi was super patient and professional. I was amazed at the outstanding level of customer service I received on a Saturday late afternoon, when their offices are supposedly closed. THANK YOU SHINGIRAI and Afrihost that your excellent customer service does not keep business hours!

Much better after-sales support than Telkom, Vodacom, or Acorn Broadband. And so so easy to get help when you need it. I think others in the customer service industry could learn a few things from AfriHost
