My line had just been activated, but I needed to have the router from Afrihost in order to actually connect to the internet despite the line being "active". Dineo M assisted me to set up my current router to ensure that I have access to the internet until the router from Afrihost arrives! 10 stars!!! Patience and outstanding customer service!! Every time I have had an issue with my domain I have gone to the support whatsapp line and within moments I have received (human) help (not AI) and been able to get through the issue successfully. This immediate support is a game changer for me.

The staff are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I haven't had any issues with Afrihost this far and it seems the only time the connection is down is because of loadshedding but quite efficient in fixing and fast.
