UPDATE: Since their WhatsApp call centre opened we experience MUCH better service. Thank you! My rating is based on the waiting time and the process of being served. They ask for your name when you come in but you don't get allocated a number and reception doesn't ask what your query is. Can't you assign a ticket to the customer like the banks do? Surely it's not that complicated...

Super amazing. Been with the service now for 5 years - starting with just email domain, then website hosting, now added wifi to the packages. Always available to assist (when it's not after hours), super friendly and efficient. Would totally recommend to other consumers looking for reliable and tech-savvy providers.
