Best service. Best isp. Super quick and easy to tackle any issues you may have . Afrihost’s WhatsApp help is top notch and you are assisted as a vip until they resolve your issue. Cannot rate highly enough. If you use any other isp than Afrihost you should switch right now !!

We've just started our Fiber journey with Afrihost, but what a great start. Their WhatsApp call center is great, fast and efficient. And if you're lucky, you'll get Nomvuyiso to help you who is friendly knowledgeable and patient, everything you need to hep you in the process

Afrihost would do well to hire more representatives like Ethan C. I accidentally initiated a new chat after a somewhat frustrating conversation with another agent and well I am glad it happened as it turned a mediocre experience into a fantastic one. All because of the immensely positive attitude that he had. Made getting shafted by Openserve deciding to not repair our DSL service slightly more bearable. Well off I go to look for a stop gap until Openserve decides to move along with actually bringing fibre into our complex instead of calling it good enough to have brought them to the gate…

The Home of Pure Internet Joy. I've yet to bash my head open out of frustration working with Afrihost.... not something I can say of many service providers. Afrihost's telephone and WhatsApp service is excellent. Well done Afrihost!
