Reported an intermittent Connect to Afrihost and next day Open Serve was here to sort the issue, absolutely amazing service as always, thanks to the Afrihost team

I have been a customer with Afrihost for just over 10 years, and during this time they have only become better with each interaction. The staff are always very helpful and friendly, and they have never let me down.

Service improved since last interaction!!!! hosting is unstable and support is rubbish, whatsup support is delayed where you can spend 2 hours on a simple inquiry, call centre doesn't take calls anymore and when there is a national issue with hosting you find out by accident when you emails start bouncing later to discover that Afrihost is having issues. Will start looking for an alternative service provider

I would like to thank the support agent Veronica C for all her assistance yesterday. she went beyond the call of duty to ensure my fibre was reconnected after 6 days of downtime due to failure on vodacoms side. I called in at 4:55pm, Veronica finishes work at 5pm. I live 1km away from my residence, she waited for me to get home to finalize the configuration. whilst waiting for me to get home she called her husband to advise him that she is going to be late to fetch her baby from creche and made arrangements for him to do it. I felt really bad for this. however as soon as i got home, the config was done and up and running within a minutes. Veronica is definitely an asset to Afrihost and went beyond the call of duty to ensure excellent customer service. Well done Veronica.

I've been with Afrihost since we started our company in the early 2000's. I've never felt frustrated or not looked after and the online 'clientzone' is amazing for managing hosting, emails etc.

Afrihost Whatsapp chats are the fastest ways to get help.They understand that you may not know much about web hosting so the agents are patient and respond in layman terms.I get great service everytime
