I had a problem with my infrastructure - the cable itself and I was able to chat to a representative of Afrihost via WhatsApp who logged a technician, gave me a reference number- and sorted me out in 5minutes. Not used to this level of service in SA and pleasantly surprised!

I had a response in short moment but unfortinately I got busy with other things ... and could only complete my query after 17:30. Then I called and was redirected to using WhatsApp.afrihost.com. I can easily get my fibre for a few hundred Rands less than I am paying Afrihost. But they truly are worth the extra spend. I have never had any issues reporting a fault be it ISP or provider related. When there is a provider issue (9 times out of 10) Afrihost goes the extra mile and sorts that out too. I know of other ISPs who will tell you it's a provider issue and that's the end of their involvement. Afrihost goes the extra mile always
