Frustrated that I couldn't talk to anyone on the phone but the Whatsapp chat option worked well and my question was quickly answered and I was happy with the service.

Well managed and helpful. Migration of LTE from Cell C to Telkom was seamless but Telkom's inability to provide live data usage updates is a nuisance. I've subsequently been given a way of getting live usage updates via Huawei, which works very well.
