Always punctual, and if there is a problem, normally through a carrier then they are immediately on the button giving assistance and sorting the issue out.

My experience was electric in saying so, I mean - my query, problem solved with no hiccups, don't swiftly. The agent definitely knows his work. Rethabile 10 out of 10 from me.

As far as website hosting and tech support goes, Afrihost gives me everything I could ask for. Been hosting with them since 2016 and the one or two issues I've had have been resolved very quickly and efficiently.

Used afrihost in the past. Excellent service. Trying to setup a router and default went to Afrihost. Getting support over a weekend was great. If possible ill migrate back to them
