The best hosting companny inSouth Africa right now, their customer services actually works, they respond instantly both on whatsapp and email. their whatsapp response is actually humans not others whom you waste time with a badly programmed robot. Afrihost actually go allthe way I have realised that every ticket is actually pinned as high priority which makes things even more powerful dealing with them.

I then called back and was met with someone else who took the time to ask questions 1st to fully understand the issue before working on the solution and hence knocking it out of the park.

Only reason for not 5 stars is that I think the responses could come a bit quicker, but I do understand that Whatsapp help is still in beta and that staff is probably inundated and responding to several chats at once ... Oh what the hell, have five stars for Asaph! ;)
