Awesome customer service and use to have competitive prices, however i think over time they didnt bother adapting their prices(mobile data prices), and there are currently better offers out there. I am 100% positive i would've stayed with them if their prices were just better because like i said, customer service and satisfaction is better than any i have experienced before...

I'd recommend Afrihost to anyone compared to any other service provider, they quick to respond to any concern I may have when needed as well as keep there application updated and informative when it comes to there network

Poor service from the Agents I dealt with when cancelling my account. Dealt with 2 different Agents both on phone and WhatsApp, they showed no empathy and poor customer experience. I was relocating and needed my current line to cancelled which they could not help without any attempt to do so. Now I am unable to cancel my Telkom line because Afrihost is unable to release the line from their side even though I no longer am using their services. In this time and age, I find this customer experience extremely poor. Won't be returning back to Afrihost in my new residence just because of this poor experience.

I am many years at Afrihost and is a very happy customer. I use or used, fibre, hosting, lte fixed, mobile prepaid and adsl (earlier years) and was always happy. What I also like is the WhatsApp customer service and their App is really useful.
